RegTel is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any missed deadlines, lost RFP opportunities, or campaign failures resulting from technical delays, carrier filtering, or incorrect data provided by the user.

Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from using RegTel to send "SHAFT" content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) or any content that violates the TCPA. RegTel reserves the right to terminate any account suspected of sending unsolicited spam or using scraped/third-party lists without documented consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
